Great service and they are quick on anything they might take there time on repairing the equipment but they do great job
I give these jokers no rating, they do not even deserve any stars! I brought my new ms250 chainsaw in for a carb fix and it's first chain sharpening, they said instead of repairing my carb for me to just buy a new carb, we'll I agreed. When I picked my saw up they told me they just fixed the carb, I tried it once and it won't run. I got it running and the chain was spitting out dust and will not cut,out of frustration I put it up till next season, I tried to start it to cut wood and would not run! I have gone to this store twice in the last 3 years to resurrect a couple of old riding lawn mowers. The service was way better than I expected, and everyone was very helpful and patient (I'm not a repairman by trade). Most of the parts had to be ordered, and they never got the wrong part. I also took one of the mowers in to have the linkage and governor adjusted (not something that was intuitive for me do DIY), and they had it finished ahead of time.
