Go else where!!!! First off the front receptionist ( with black glasses heavy set) is so unprofessional, zero customer service, lazy, didn't want to check me when I arrived 15 minutes early to get checked in. The boxes she was assembling was more important than to check me in. Melissa is the Manger ZERO customer service. Went there last year and the place looks abandoned. It's like in a bad neighborhood in Riverside even though it isn't as there's a Starbucks beside the building. Went to the one in San Bernardino instead and found out you need to make an appointment beforehand for the one in Riverside. You still need to make an appointment in San Bernardino also.
Coming here after poor experience at another company. So far American Orthotics is much better at communicating and listening to my husband's needs. Dave is In the process of making a new prosthetic with better fit and style for husband's needs needs..
