Extremely hard to get ahold of. I work at a community that had these windows installed. The snap in stops have broken. They do not respond. Went down to their location, they refused to sell us the replacement piece for the window. We asked if we could pay them to come repair the snap in piece. They stated they do not do repairs. The statement was, you will need to replace the windows. HORRIBLE product, I have almost 300 units and can not repair the window clips. Shame on your for trying to take advantage of your customers
Great company
I love White Castle Breakfast, it's the best. And who can resist those sliders too. Keep up the great work crave keepers. Only wish is to be open 24 hours like before.
