Our windows were installed in 2014 and the metal frame and we have experienced severe fading and the original caulking was not silicone because it is turning to a liquid form. We just had the windows recaulked with silicone and metal frames painted .
Extremely hard to get ahold of. I work at a community that had these windows installed. The snap in stops have broken. They do not respond. Went down to their location, they refused to sell us the replacement piece for the window. We asked if we could pay them to come repair the snap in piece. They stated they do not do repairs. The statement was, you will need to replace the windows. HORRIBLE product, I have almost 300 units and can not repair the window clips. Shame on your for trying to take advantage of your customers
