My wife and I came in to see if we could match a floor tile to some we are having to replace. We had a spare one we had gotten from Daltile 25 years ago that we brought to try to match. We knew it was a long shot, but thought we'd try anyway. We came in and the lady was helping another couple. No problem at all. She was very nice and cordial to them. We spent time discussing my customer's design needs, and Sherilyn's options were spot on. The next day, I was able to confirm the product selection and the customer was thrilled with our understanding of the scope and design elements. I received my quote the next day.
