I brought in a printer American Office systems, filled out paperwork on me and my printer but was not given a claim receipt. When I asked why they told me they would call me to see if it can be fixed or repaired and we would go from there. After over a month I dropped by the shop to check on the printer since I had not heard from them. The MGR there would not look for any papers I filled out and told me that after 30 days they get rid of anything left. I will not even give them a star. They are awful in customer service. We have been calling them for months to schedule an appointment to program our copier to our pcs and even though we are paying they have a tech call at the last minute and if you do not answer to bad so sad.
Straight forward guys and good overall pricing on lease options. Would recommended.
