My son is a patient and I called to find out why the nurse told told my son she was going to call him back and didn't. The phone rep, Rachael was extremely rude *******, dismissive, and kept rushing me off the line. I explained the situation and she aggressively told me to call my son doctor myself and be my own advocate. I see why they have a 1 star rating. You don't need to be working for that agency "Rachael" if you talk to people like dog ****.
