This company has absolutely THE WORST levels of professionalism and customer service I have experienced in years. I had an appointment for removing a broken down vehicle, scheduled a week in advance, even got a call from the driver that morning. He never showed during that time, never even sent so much as a text message to say he was running late or canceling. The office line always goes straight to voice-mail.
