I had a wonderful experience with this insurance company! I spoke to the 1(800) number as it is a Saturday and I work at a dealership. I deal with many insurance companies and the two representatives that I spoke to were Phenomenal! Thank you so much Lacey (funny enough we share the same name) and Liz Gallegos!!! They got me over everything I needed very quick and easy. I recommend for sure 100%!
Went from Farm Family, friendly, efficient, to American National Too Big For Its Britches. Inefficient, bloated; without my local agent's office, i'd switch.
They don't call back if you can even get through on a phone call. They increase rates automatically every year without any agent ever contacting you.I saved 50% shopping around. It used to be a good company until it was sold to a big corporation.I have never made a claim in 50 years , have paid every premium on time, yet receive no service and constant huge increases. My advice- shop around for better coverage and less money.
My husband and I recently decided to enjoy an outdoor meal at the American National pavilion and picnic table area. We had just picked up dinner from Five Guys and thought it would be nice to eat outside, especially given the lovely weather over the Memorial Day holiday.
