I had a great experience working with Mr. Kent Kerner, from the CA Insurance Now in purchasing a homeowner’s insurance policy for my daughter’s condo. Mr. Kerner was extremely patient, taking the time to explain to me the many fine details regarding the different policy coverages and deductibles. I highly recommend John Pollard for all types of insurance, including the most difficult these days...homeowners insurance. John provided great advice and options for all of our policies (home, auto, umbrella and earthquake) which met our needs at very reasonable prices. Initially, I was referred to John Pollard; however, he was traveling so Kent picked up my call and ran with it. :) After hearing all the SoCal horror stories from friends and neighbors, I have been avoiding changing my policy like the plague.
