Worst insurance experience ever. We are changing company immediately.
American national use to be a good insurance company many years ago. But not now. I have been an American national customer for 30 years. And just recently fired them. The first problem occurred a couple of years ago when American national ask for information on other drivers in my house. One driver who has there own insurance thru another company had a speeding ticket 2 years prior. American national decided to raise my insurance $35.00 a month because of that driver. i think All State and State Farm has the best customer service they take care of their clients.. I called and for an hour no pick up and finally requested for a call back agent cut me off.. My initial agent is lazy I asked him for help and he just said call customer service after taking commission..... if you see all reviews..
