This company used to be amazing, but over the last 1–2 years their customer service has completely changed. They once had real people who genuinely cared, answered questions clearly, and could help you in person. Now, customer service is handled only over the phone, with no local support available, and the experience has become extremely frustrating. I wish I could give Zero stars as the way my 94 year old Father has been treated is unacceptable! He had 2 life insurance policies in place (one from 1963 and other 1987)....neither of any significant value. Upon my Mom passing in February, he decided to cancel in order to pay funeral and medical expenses. The worst my mom been with this company since 1987 she passed in November 2025 and they’re still giving us the run around for payout this is very disturbing disgusting disheartening
I'm going to take them to court they say they have been giving me annual payments from a policy and iv never received not one payment .don't trust them they are crooks lies and thieves.
