Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I submitted a work order for my AC unit that was under warranty. I’ve been paying this company for 12 years thinking that I would be covered in this situation - not the case. Not only did I not get a response for ONE WEEK, but they are also not covering the full expense of the replacement compressor. I live in Texas and it’s August. Absolutely unacceptable living conditions. I’m 80 years old and am too old to be dealing with this. Will not be staying with this company!!
This company is a mess!!! We have loved ones that have passed away. We get bombarded with mail from them, about paperwork we have already completed with the funeral home. They want us to contact them, that’s a BIG Joke!!! The first initial call I made when my auntie passed away, I waited 2hrs and 17min to get a representative on the line. That was to get the plans started for my auntie funeral, so I could know about her policies. Now my mom is receiving more mail everyday about paperwork that has been completed weeks ago. Pick an insurance company that knows what the heck they’re doing. From the actual agents to customer service people, they don’t know their own policies or rules. They give you the runaround. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Absolutely poor service. When you call in be prepared to wait over an hour on hold. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
