Horrible experience! Jamie was rude! Told her we did not want a certain policy and she added it anyway. Took our money from previous canceled policy and applied it. Very unprofessional. She messed up on my in-laws policy and blamed in on havinga hard time because her dog was sick. DO NOT TRUST THEM. we also got a bill saying we owed money on a policy we never wanted two months after we canceled.
