Called to get a business quote. The guy I spoke with said it would be no problem. Then he started asking for all the specific business numbers. He should have been upfront about needing info vs making it seem like he could figure a quote out quickly. I have been insured elsewhere for 2 years already. May as well stay with BiBerk. He called me back to try to finish the quote and I explained again that I am not interested anymore and hung up for the 2nd time. He then tried calling again a 3rd time!!!
