If your agent is Latimore he will ignore your calls. Latimore did not fill out the application for reinstatement although I paid the reinstatement fee. I have been trying to get my check reissued since April of 2025. He wouldn’t answer my calls. I called him from a different number and he answered with an excuse and no resolution.
Very rude employees and unprofessional. Very unhelpful. Very scam like company. DO NOT USE THOSE COMPANY! it was recommended by my apartments and they suck! They don’t help and they sell your information to all type of numbers and industries without your permission. They still haven’t help me with my claim or tried to help.
