They are rude and unprofessional and unreliable .
I went here to pay my moms premium. And why was the front office staff soooo disgustingly rude. I mean how about the service when they don’t get up from their seat to greet you at the window counter? How nasty is their Attitude when they sit and yell across their desk to “help” me with the payment! And over hearing how they talk to the other employees who ask question she said “get out” before they can even get out of what their requesting from their mouths!!!
