Definitely would not recommend. They don't return calls as promised, they don't follow up as promised, not honest, not reliable. I've been waiting on a check to be re routed to me and its October, this process was initiated in August. Which further lets me know i made the right decision to cancel my policy and go elsewhere. It highly concerns me, if I had passed away how long it would take my loved ones to receive what would be rightfully due to them.
Great company to do business with I’ve had my policy with them for 20 years. I was able to bury my mom without any problems. Thank you American National. I’ve recently upgraded to an IUL excellent product!! My agent is very knowledgeable and patient to explain everything.
Don’t get insurance with this company. Not professionals. Please check BBB before getting life insurance anywhere if this helps anyone. Don’t waste your money or time.
