Horrible experience!! First, the Agents are rude unprofessional and DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Theresa promised to call me back to renew my policy and I never got a phone call. She said she NEVER spoke to me, then proceeded to Argue with me, so I found somewhere else to get a policy. I don’t recommend American Life to any of my colleagues..
