I am a current client of this insurance company and have no problems until now. My truck was inoperable for three months so I took it off my auto policy, that I have another vehicle on. Once I got it fixed, I emailed Ms. Barfields office to advise I would like it reinstated. That was on 12/29/23. I have called Cheri Barfield’s office as well as texting with NO RESPONSE! Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. We will be looking for another agent for our home, auto and life insurance, which we currently have!

We were needing some very complex specific insurance policies. We reached out to many local and out of state companies to try and help resolve the issue of getting the coverage that was required for us to do business.
