Been a customer for almost 30 years.
Very unusual layout, at least to me as a native Illinoisan, but staff were capable and kind enough. Some fair CD rates on display as well.
I had the pleasure of speaking with the fraud department on 01/31/24 around 9:30, unsure of the name of the sweet lady i spoke with but she was so sweet and helpful! There was a temporary hold put on my account, and she quickly released it after verifying my identity and got me all fixed up! I highly recommend this bank to everyone!
Horrible customer service. This bank puts its best interest above that of its customers.
What kind of bank only stays open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Awful customer service! Time to find a new bank.
