Always great service been here several years and love that they don't mass call with sales pitches like other banks. Straight forward and great service like it used to be about everywhere several decades ago.
I moved from Capital One to this bank. Much happier but also the customer service is a lot better. Not to mention they clear checks a lot faster than these big corporate banks. People are way nicer. They actually have tellers & ATM's that are working properly and not slow like big bank chains.
This bank provides poor customer service and is utterly unhelpful. Their sole focus is on maximizing profits and maximizing their own interests, disregarding the needs of their customers. Their banking system is designed solely to extract money from customers.
