Haven't had any issues and have been a member for two years. Polite staff.
Had an issue twice within a year of them "not scanning" a deposit of a check into their system to go into my account.
In my experience, the Leadership príncipes of Honesty & Integrity do Not exist. "The Fish Rots from the Head". As a 25+ year resident of the BLA, I wondered why I never did business with this local Bank. I know now, why.
Staff is nice, the rest not so much and glitchy software.
