Terrible branch, go to the forest location for anything you need. This branch will give you issues for literally anything
I stopped the other day just before closing. The ATM was completely out of money so I drove back around the building to get cash from the window. I patiently waited in line while the 2 cars in front of me were taken care of. The window was closed with the blinds closed when I got to the window EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALREADY IN LINE! I know the employees know I was there as one made eye contact with me under the blinds. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Has been a good bank to deal with thus far .
Have been a customer for 20 plus years. Decided to change banks for a closer branch of another organization. Proximity mostly and convenience was my purpose. It has taken months to close the account. Moving money and stopping payments to vendors a mess. Never talking to the same person. When Strosnider left I had a feeling things would roll downhill Disappointed
The manager Tim has been nothing but on top of things and has great customer service. American National has a great manager in him!
