I had a good experience with American National bank until they transferred my car loan to Associated Bank. They are impossible to work with and are not giving me information about the loan. They are not taking out the amount I agreed to when I first took out the loan. I am at a loss as what to do and could use some help.

Garbage bank always having outages and it's always when I'm at the store making me embarassed as card declines when it isn't even my fault. Do not bank with these bums.
