Garbage bank always having outages and it's always when I'm at the store making me embarassed as card declines when it isn't even my fault. Do not bank with these bums.

Customer service doesn't exist. Hours are diminishing, there are many other banks in Omaha, I recommend FNBO or Chase who I have personally banked with for 40 years and 23 years respectively.
