Customer service doesn't exist. Hours are diminishing, there are many other banks in Omaha, I recommend FNBO or Chase who I have personally banked with for 40 years and 23 years respectively.
They have horrible ethics, and do not care about their customers whatsoever. Do not bank or get a loan with these clowns.

This is by far the worst to bank through. They are hard to work with. The manager is rude and they have higher rates. Wouldn't reccomend them for anything. They also deleted my account after I went on vacation. I had so much cash leftover that I didn't use my card for awhile and then one day my card wouldn't work. I had to get a brand new card.
BEWARE!!! I can't write enough horrible things about what went wrong after paying off 7000.00 dallor early on my truck loan.. "holding the title Hostage for months., with zero correspondence and without a fight over some trumped up year old 59.00 late fee B.S. .. Never again!! And we all know it's not even the money its the point.. Sincerely, "Paid in full"!! Must update:: been well over 10 days and still no title!! Won't return my calls!! Ghosted!! Someone help us!!!
