I got a pedicure and it was amazing. I had Ena and she did an amazing job. Love the color and service. Would recommend and come back!
This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into American Nail & Spa in Anderson, I regretted it. The place is absolutely filthy — dust on every surface, nail clippings on the floor, and the tools looked like they hadn’t been properly sanitized in ages. Terrible service, rude. Would not ever go here again.
I brought the luxury pedicure, was there over 2 hours. Did not receive a massage, was refused a color that they had because it would not work. Once they decided I could get a color I could get, it was painted horribly and missed spots. I tried to reach out to them and they will not do anything to help out. I was treated so badly. I would not recommend them at all.
this place is just great, theyre so kind and quick to fix up a mistake. The salong is super clean and not messt at all. Definitely recommended to go.
