I was very hopeful about this new salon and although it was nice and clean, I had a terrible experience and will not be back. First off I had to wait 15 mins to even be seen, then my manicure was started and my tech kept leaving then I had to get up and switch to another tech. This tech was nice but answered her phone every 5 seconds, which is a pet peeve of mine anyways. She proceeded with the manicure and broke part of my own nail off then cut it down into the cuticles and just filed it down. There was still old polish on ... read more
