I was very hopeful about this new salon and although it was nice and clean, I had a terrible experience and will not be back. First off I had to wait 15 mins to even be seen, then my manicure was started and my tech kept leaving then I had to get up and switch to another tech. This tech was nice but answered her phone every 5 seconds, which is a pet peeve of mine anyways.
