Came in for a gel nail change. Couldn’t do French, messy, couldn’t shape, ended up painting 4 layers of just color on my toes and then a top clear coat which made my toes look bubbly and didn’t even get all the white off from attempting the French. Couldn’t shape a square toe nail and then rushed through once i asked just to do the polish.
Came in at 3:30 one person gettin nails done no one waiting and was told she was too busy to do my eyebrows. lol
I've never been to a spa before or got my nails done by other people. And this was so far the best experience. Love the atmosphere. Very nice people. And the chairs were a big help. Will come back for sure. ❤️
I got my eyebrows done and the lady asked if I had cash, which I didn’t. She said okay. I gave her my card and after ringing me up she said we are charging a fee if you don’t have cash. They just lost a customer….
