On our roadtrip to BC we stopped by in Winnipeg where my sister & I ended up getting our nails done. My husband and I had an amazing first experience at American Nails Salon! We decided to treat ourselves to the deluxe manicure and pedicure, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The manager was also very friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. I paid over $200 for a mani/pedi and not even two weeks later, I’ve had two nails fall clean off due to poor adhesion and my pinky nail has turned red/irritated. When I called to inform them about the issue, they were very unprofessional, unconcerned, and rude about the state of my nail after visiting them despite the alarming factors.
