This is the second Mister Lifter I have purchased. Moved to a new location and needed a new lift for my small boat. Their customer service is excellent. They’re shipping as fast and efficient and their product stands up well to coastal conditions. I highly recommend the company and the product. Installation instructions are clear and easy to follow.
I would put zero stars if I could. Instructions are horrible!!! None of the mountings line up and half of the hole are not drilled. They owe me two days of work. I have a simple dock and just wanted a manual lift.
I ordered a Mr Lifter Jetski lift and I am very happy with my decision. The packing of all the components was very secure and all arrived damage free from UPS. Service was exceptional, working through some small delivery delays. I was able to install it myself in under 12 hours and the quality of the components, construction, and completeness of the kit was perfect. I would recommend them to others.
