This place is totally crooked and you need to record any and everything Matt tells you. He's definitely dishonest and will come up with excuses on why your bill is what it is. Also make sure you get billed for your vehicle because he'll add to your bill from another vehicle and then try to tell you it was a mistake but the total is the same. He also has a cash discount that he forgets to subtract from the bill. He lost 2 customers and said he's glad because I wasn't nice to him.
My ac quit working and was gonna take it to a local shop in my town to have them check it out. Sadly having them check it out turned into them thinking they could just fix it without my permission.i didn’t get a phone call or nothing about the diagnosis. Now it wouldn’t be a big deal if it was a small bill. But $1400 is not a small amount! I AM NOT HAPPY AND I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK THERE. I don’t have $1400 for a repair right now. That is something a person has to save for.
