BUYER BEWARE of Mark Gianetto We were with Rich for several years and always had wonderful service. However, when Rich left, MARK GIANETTO took over his accounts. We just paid off my car and were told our premium would decrease. We have gotten lower rate quotes from other companies. However, before switching we thought we would contact AllState to see if they could give us a good rate. When my husband went in with the title to get the paperwork filled out, Mark pretty much just stuffed his face with a muffin while completely disregarding my husband's existence. He said our premium would not go down even though last week when my husband called, he said it would go down. When my husband called him on it, he pretty much said "Oh Well." My husband also wanted to get some quotes on homeowner's insurance since we will probably be buying a house within the next couple of months. Mark then said, well if you move out of state, you will get another agent so it really doesn't matter. He pretty much said he has a lot of big cl

Muffler and car repair I used American Muffler and Automotive for the first time about 15 years ago. Someone at work recommended them. They have been taking care of not only my car but my whole families. They will try and find whatever problem you have and if they cant fix it they will make some suggestions as where you should go. They are very good at what they do and I have almost always loved the price.
