saws I purchased a chain saw for my husband's birthday present here at Hayden Saw Sales. I was very pleased and have the utmost respect for the sales staff there. I came in with two small children and they were so kind and helpful and didn't try to rip me off in the least. I've seen that happen elsewhere, a woman with no man there, happens all the time. These guys were honest and fair and SO respectful. I got a great deal on a great saw and my husband was very pleased and impressed!
Rip Off Artists! I only gave 1 star here because I couldn't give 0 stars. I brought in my lawn mower for a tuneup. It was partially disassembled as I had tried to fix it myself. The guy outside was very friendly and he quoted me $65 to fix my mower. Three guys inside all said it would be $65 to fix it. Imagine my surprise when they called and said it would be $158 and change to fix it! Ryan, the guy on the phone, said no one in his shop would have quoted me $65 for a broken down lawnmower. Honest Service Checked out the larger saw repair companies around town, each quoted over $150.00 to repair/replace the carb on my HUSKY 141. Talked to Ryan at American, and had two chain saws repaired for $39.96 including a bottle of fuel stabilizer. Would recommend Ryan and American Mower to anyone who wants HONEST SERVICE and QUALITY REPAIRS at affordable prices.
