Closed, busy dead line on phone call after calls to them for days
Agreed to a move based on size of furniture and number of boxes. 1 bedroom apartment. Movers showed up and stated it would be 5 times more as they work by cubic feet. Checked our contract and we were asked to itemize. Movers left and we are out $1200 with nothing moved. No refund. They are a scam.
They never even picked up the phone. Busy signal for days. Submitted an online quote. Never heard anything so I assume they are out of business or will be soon. Zero stars.
American Moving Solutions came across like a great company. We were looking at a long move. They were helpful when looking at getting an accurate quote. I signed an agreement with them and paid the deposit. I cancelled the agreement well within the number of days given in the contract as we hadn't confirmed our move. “Supervisor” Jeanette was not only unprofessional but extremely rude on the phone. Instead of explaining or working toward solutions she just talks over you with an attitude and is ignorant and loud. She has an attitude for literally No Reason. She refuses to let you speak to someone above her. Will NEVER use this company again and will not be recommended to anyone except who not to use. I wouldn’t even use this company at this point had I not already paid.
