unprofessional people answering the phone. Rude people in parts department. No thanks Ill go elsewhere. I called with a question about a part the guy at parts dept. was rude and short. I guess I was a bother to him. Will not recommend unless you are into sadism.
to me has been yery helpfull knows HD very well I go to him with all my bikes all the time
