Checked into a room with a broken TV. Called the front desk to report it. I asked if they had an eta for maintenance. Shortly after the Manager knocks on the door. She has a very inhospitable attitude, condescending and unwilling to listen. The manager then says they made it sound like you were freaking out. I as the guest felt unheard and insulted.
