We closed on our first home last Thursday but did not go with Brett Wilkerson. We were referred to Brett by multiple people but the experience was not pleasant. We were approved for a certain amount that we weren't happy with and when shopping at other banks his response was that "you'll never find anything more then what I'm going to give you" Well...we did.
