We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Lisa Walker. She only told us a couple of days before our closing what documents we would need. This resulted in a really stressful closing. She would respond with things like "Glad to hear!" when we would email her questions. It seems that she never actually read our emails. Jeff Gackstetter was great to work with
Waste of time!! Brian Havlin needs to take a class on communications; full of broken promises and very little substance. He doesn’t answer phone calls and it takes days With several emails just to get a response each time, only for him to act as if I am bothering him. With good credit scores and 20% down Brian proved what an absolute trash can he is within his own industry. Poor results, poor service. Complete waste of time attempting to do business with this man.
