We had a great experience from start to finish. We had originally gone with another mortgage company who pre approved us for a house and after the offer was made and steps moving forward to sign, we were put in an impossible spot. The amount of money we had to bring to closing was double what we were told originally. Nick was absolutely AMAZING in making our first time home buying process a breeze. He was always available when we needed him and was on top of every part of the loan process.
