Showed up on time and worked hard taking only one break even though the temperature was over 84 degrees and no ventilation, very satisfied with the results and the owner was very helpful in educating me no how to prevent this from happening again.
The team did a good job and worked hard to complete the evaluation and remediation within my narrow timeframe. They actually worked the evening shift over two nights - including a Saturday - so that we could close on the house on time. The local tech, Ryan, was courteous and seemed to do a thorough job. American Mold Experts used to be a good company. I used them to inspect a home in ~2018 and they did an incredibly thorough analysis. But they no longer are reliable. Because I couldn’t even get them to return my phone call after several attempts to hire them in November 2024.
For the last three years we have had a good working relationship with AME. However, for the last two months we have called weekly to do a follow up for our attic space which was under warranty with no response. It was complicated by delayed work that needed to be completed before AME could do the follow up. I contacted them several times to keep them updated. Scott and Bill did a thorough job and although expensive, we were very happy with the results. We are ultra sensitive to mold and thought we might need to sell our beach home but we have been here two weeks and it feels good so far.
