Great work, good prices!
Rick called me back 20 minutes after I called his number. He showed up (both times) when he said he would. He's a very friendly, good, guy. He fixed all the screens, including doors, in my new house for MUCH less than I expected.
I have used this company for 8 years and always had great service. This last time, I scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time when he would be in Bakersfield already. The day came and he was a no show and didn't return my text. The next day he texted me "well can't your husband just fix it?". If I had someone to fix it, I surely wouldn't be paying someone to do it. I was very disappointed. I also asked for a referral to another vendor and was told he didn't know of anyone. Really?
