While driving next to one of the company’s trucks, multiple stones fell from the vehicle and cracked my windshield. I immediately took a photo of the truck involved and contacted the company to report the incident. Unfortunately, the company has refused to take responsibility unless I file a claim through my insurance, which could increase my rates despite the damage being caused by their vehicle.
