We had a horrible experience with this company ... We traveled 150 miles round trip to purchase tie down anchors and straps for our shipping container ... We called first to make sure that they sold what we needed ,Sheila said they did .... When we got there we were told they had the anchors but would have to special order the straps ... We were mad about this but we needed the 3 rolls off strap to tie down container on each end and one in the middle , so we ordered 3 rolls at 37' long x 1 1/4" wide ...
