I must say that I was truly disappointed with American since when I spoke to the owner, I mentioned that his pamphlet was quite misleading. He looked at me straight-faced and said essentially 'what do you mean?' I explained that his trailers were incredibly different from what was depicted in the brochure and he disagreed.
