Talk to Rhonda at Auto Glass now about a staff from her shop she really didn't want to hear it and play Nobody from her shop would do that but my car was left there one hour and I stayed in the parking lot and when I entered my car and started it things were missing do not shop there very shady business you can get a windshield somewhere else at a cheaper price and not get ripped off your valuables that means something to you

Had two items stolen a knife and a police baton stowing out of my console while the windshield was getting put in at auto glass now off Fillmore very untrustworthy place don't shop there you will get ripped off or tells you

Hi my name is John Brown and I went to Auto Glass now on Fillmore to get a windshield put in my Dodge Challenger after getting a windshield put in I climbed back in my car to noticed five items being stolen from my vehicle at the auto glass now shop I called the manager she called me pretty much a liar and said her employees would not do that well one of her employees did it and they stole from a 60 year old man on his birthday do not shop at Auto Glass now they have thieves working for them

DO NOT GO HERE! The day after I had work done here, I noticed my car had been wrecked on the passenger side while at their shop by whoever employed by them drove it (the small parking lot was jam packed so I had to park next door upon asking them) I didnt notice the damage at pick up because my drivers side was facing their door and I didnt walk around my car. They damaged my brand new rear wheel as well as my rear bumper. I drove 30 mins back to show a manager the damage. They were supposed to call me the following business... read more

This turned out to be an awful experience. First, I made an appointment for 1:00 but they didn't start until 2. I just wanted them to install a new regulator in my 2003 Odyssey. After the technician disassembled the inner door, he opened up the part and held up against the door and claimed I had brought them the wrong part. I called Autozone and rechecked the part number. Purchased a shower door for a customer, when we picked up the door they discounted the door but did not disclose that it was damaged. It was chipped on the top left corner. I called to return the door and buy a new one, but the manager refused to take it back, even though o told him I was buying another one from him, he said “he’s not taking it back and he doesn’t have another door” then hung up on me! I’ve been in business for a long time and am very disappointed in they’re customer service!

Purchased the vehicle new. A few months later I need a replacement window. This place ripped part of my VIN number off. I sent pictures to Bailey at Auto Glss Now and was told they didn’t cause the damage. I had the vehicle inspected by the Louisiana State Police, who said the only way the VIN could have been removed is if the windshield was removed. Been run around for a month trying to get a windshield replaced. Even the "district manager" said he would personally see to it that I would be "taken care of," never followed through. Huge waste of time.
