They were Super sweet and took me back even right before their lunch so I didn’t have to sit out there forever!
Quick and easy. The suite is on the top floor of the place. There is a lot of staff parking so make sure you do not park there unless you are a staff member.
I was instructed to go here to get a UA. I woke up this morning without urinating so I had to go really bad and drove from Rathdrum to Coeur d'Alene. I was slightly annoyed by the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes not because they were busy although there was one person in front of me but he and I both had to wait while they talked about the gossip of the office. Robotic. Front desk person talking skills are drone like. No real interaction. You say "good morning". He says "I.D.?" And that's how it went for the 4 other people that came in while I was there. 2 stars for doing the job quickly Loss of 3 stars for treating us like cattle. Good morning and have good day.
I had to get a negative drug screen to work in the emergency department and do a shift with AMR for my EMT certification so I went and saw these guys. Friendly staff, professional, and timely. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Thanks guys.
