I have been here twice now: once for fingerprinting to renew a nursing license and then again for a rapid urine drug screen for my travel assignment. My company sent over a mismatched requisition but thankfully staff was able to modify quickly to ensure accurate testing that met billing requirements. These place was excellent went for a drug screening for a new job & the staff was both quick & personable very friendly & professional, if they had a tip jar I would have given one 👍
Quick and easy. The suite is on the top floor of the place. There is a lot of staff parking so make sure you do not park there unless you are a staff member.
I was instructed to go here to get a UA. I woke up this morning without urinating so I had to go really bad and drove from Rathdrum to Coeur d'Alene. I was slightly annoyed by the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes not because they were busy although there was one person in front of me but he and I both had to wait while they talked about the gossip of the office. Robotic. Front desk person talking skills are drone like. No real interaction. You say "good morning". He says "I.D.?" And that's how it went for the 4 other people that came in while I was there. 2 stars for doing the job quickly Loss of 3 stars for treating us like cattle. Good morning and have good day.
