Awful trashy place. Wouldn’t honor U-Haul contracts made online. Came to pick up a truck and they didn’t have anything set up. Place smells awful.
Honestly best storage company in tyler. Love the customer service there employees consist of a mother son duo from what I could understand and honesty so glad to see it. They have amazing coustomer service and the happiest attitudes. All questions and concerns with services were answered and solved fast and efficiently and with the kindest most positive attitude. Could not recommend a place more! If you need a storage unit for a good price and or a good uhaul experience hit them up because you know u-haul can be a hassle but... read more
