These guys have some follow-up problems. If you call and leave a voicemail, they take several days to respond, if at all. I just need cameras installed and it's been a hassle throughout the entire process. We received cameras in November. It's now nearly February and I'm still trying to get an ETA on when they'll be installed. The latest team that was scheduled to come out pulled a no-call, no-show.
