These folks (WASH) are the only Maytag authorized repair people in the Seattle area. I bought 4 maytag coin op stacking washer dryers and they have been a nightmare. The trouble is compounded by the useless techs that this operation employs. I have had about 40-45 break downs over the 4 machines and the first 22-28 months. The first time they came out the tech took off about 3 parts and said he would be back, but never returned and about a month later they billed me for $700 Ha! This must be the prime example of how NOT to treat customers. After 4 phone calls, several email they have still not come out to pick up their machines. We have yet to receive our income checks too. In a last resort to get their attention I am now including their company president on the email that I send to their "customer service" per. We bought a property in November of 2014 and instructed the sellers to notify the company that we do no longer want their service. On a Tuesday I scheduled their tech to show up Friday morning to work on three of my machines. Friday morning they told me he wouldn't be there until the afternoon. Friday afternoon they told me he wouldn't be there until late in the evening. Saturday morning he shows up with only enough parts to fix two machines. I still need the third machine fixed but I will travel to the ends of the earth and purchase a new machine before I use their "service" again. They are very expensive as well!
