So happy I went with American Metal roofing for my roof replacement. Their oxford aluminum shingle product not only looks great, but has the durability and longevity that I was looking for. Yes the cost more (at least in the short term) than an asphalt shingle roof, but this is an investment grade product that will outlast you and will likely pay for itself in time.
We only replaced half of our roof, partially to spread out the cost and partially because the upper portion of our roof was much newer than the lower portion. The roof looks beautiful, and they completed it so quickly. Honestly they did such a good job that they even fixed some of poor workmanship of previous "flashing" that had been done on before we moved in and the roof looks significantly better than how it started.
