I really did like working thear..but today they moved somebody to melt blown room ..wanted me to do thear job..I tried it..told Mike I didn't like it ..get won back to do it stick me..IN melt room have experience..he does not ..so which jobs no biggie..but Mike said no ..I asked Rick..Rick said ..that's Mike's department..ask him I did ..he said no ..so I quit..so they just lost a good employee..no biggie..thanks

They treat their workers like complete crap. There are employees that have worked there for several years and have only been given a 28 cent raise. They take away vacation days from their workers if they miss a day at work for the year. They demand too much from the workers and pay too little. They starting pay (and typically the only wage) for non management employees is $8.00/hr. Their manager, Rick, is the most incompetent man I've ever seen.
