Our family had an excellent experience with American Medical Transportation. After my dad suffered a stroke and was discharged from rehab, they provided transportation to his doctor’s appointments and church. Every ride was reliable, professional, and handled with genuine care. A special thank you to Vlad, who was our primary driver. The driver, Dmitri, was WONDERFUL! He was SO gentle, considerate, strong and capable with my father who is nearly 95, going to a doctor's appointment early this morning! He went above & beyond. I didn't expect to be so happy about this. Everyone I talked to here seemed very good, but I only met Dmitri. Thanks Dmitri!

My mom is in a rehab facility and they “forgot” to arrange transport for her doctor appointment today at 9am. I was notified about this at 8:42 on my way to meet her at the appointment. I called here and they said we can’t get her there at 9 but we can get her there by 9:15. My mom arrived (by wheelchair) at 9:12! They saved us! (Rehab place wanted us to reschedule which would have pushed her back weeks) Thank you! I could not recommend this service more! (Also the driver, Vlad, was so kind and helpful)

Driver left without letting us know. We called back - told it would be a 45 minute wait and was beyond rude. Passenger was transported for a medical appointment and is disabled (in a wheelchair). It would have been helpful to know the driver was leaving and that we would need to call for the pickup. The return trip could have been much better coordinated/timed.
