My mom is in a rehab facility and they “forgot” to arrange transport for her doctor appointment today at 9am. I was notified about this at 8:42 on my way to meet her at the appointment. I called here and they said we can’t get her there at 9 but we can get her there by 9:15. My mom arrived (by wheelchair) at 9:12! They saved us! (Rehab place wanted us to reschedule which would have pushed her back weeks) Thank you! I could not recommend this service more! (Also the driver, Vlad, was so kind and helpful)
Driver left without letting us know. We called back - told it would be a 45 minute wait and was beyond rude. Passenger was transported for a medical appointment and is disabled (in a wheelchair). It would have been helpful to know the driver was leaving and that we would need to call for the pickup. The return trip could have been much better coordinated/timed.
AMT was prompt, professional, and so caring. Alex and everyone really made an effort to go above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.
