This company is impossible to deal with. Their customer care is outsourced to Thailand/Vietnam/zphillippines. Unintelligible/broken/ incoherent communication skills. They keep sending me a bill for an ambulance ride. I have given them my insurance info twice. They haven’t billed them yet.

This so called ambulance is the worse, they dropped my ailing mother from the hospital to the wrong house. I kept explaining to the automat guys that they needed to take mom to my sister's and the guys like robots were ignoring me. i put my sister on the phone and they were careless and disrespectful. I am going to call headquarters tomorrow morning and put a big complaint. This service, if it warrants to be called that, is anything but, It is actually a disservice. No stars
