Experienced a medical condition that required an ambulance last Tuesday night. AMR arrived swiftly and I was given excellent gentle handling and overall service by Jaydon and John! They were courteous and proficient in carrying out their responsibilities to deliver me to Legacy ER. Thank you very much!!!
They have one tall, bald gentleman who is the rudest, most unhelpful, arrogant a-hole I've ever had the misfortune to have to call. He argues and belittled the staff at the nursing home while we are trying to send our residents to the hospital. Then he was rude and unprofessional with the mother of the resident.
