I’d give zero stars if possible. No bedside manner, no compassion, act like they’d rather be anywhere else, give zero reassurance, etc. I called to request the names of the EMTs that responded to my house and the call line claimed they couldn’t tell me. No worries, the fire department can, and my lawyers can get them as well. I’d rather bleed out and die than call this ambulance service again.
Jessica Kellogg and her partner Gregg was amazing. Great team ! They arrived quickly and showed compassion. Held my hand the whole way and made sure I stayed alive. Thank you so much I wish I can give them a big hug !!!!🤗
I'm giving it 1 star course I called 911 this morning for my husband, they got to the house and instead of emedilty taking care of my husband they was more worried about my neighbor/landlord bondfire . 😡 My husband life was on the line and they act like they didn't give a damn . So I do not recommend this place to show up at ur house
My bill is due on the 21st, but I don’t get paid until the 25th. So I called to see if I could pay it on 25th when I get paid from work. Not only did the guy i spoke to have an attitude he said my bill will go up by $10. Now that doesn’t make sense. if I’m asking you to pay my bill a couple days later why would I go out $10 a month? I asked if he could take it off automatic payments, and I’ll just go in and pay my bill. He said no because in my bill we’re going to collections. This place has made false allegations against a single handy cap mother in a wheel chair about her living conditions. Mind you we stay in a gated community. I will be talking to your supervisor and also a lawyer for the false statements givin about her.
